Hi All
In November 2009 we held the annual Young DaDaFest event, it was our biggest ever show please click onto the Young DaDaFest tabĀ for moreĀ info and photos from this years event.
A first for Young DaDaFest was the visual arts exhibition of Young Peoples work at the World Museum Liverpool, the exhibition was a great success, (for info and images click on the Young DaDaFest tab).
We are currently doing all the boring bits that make our fantastic projects possible and consulting with young people on future projects. This includes the development of an exciting two-year project working with Fuse Theatre and Fittings Multimedia Arts. This project's working title is DaDa-Live and will result in two high-quality productions, built on an ambitious mix of performance art forms. We are also, believe it or not, starting to think about this year's annual Young DaDaFest!
Keep checking the website for information about new projects and how to join in.
Take care and please feel free to contact us with any ideas or questions.
Young DaDa-Disability and Deaf Arts is an arts project for young people.
Over 1000 young people have taken part in Dance, DJ-ing, Film making, Poetry, Theatre, Writing and Music.
We have lots of opportunities for young people throughout the year. We also celebrate the work of the young people at Young DaDaFest, where the young people can win a DaDaAward. (See Young DaDaFest for details of 2009's winners)
