DaDaFest International 2012 Open to Artists Proposals
DaDa welcomes proposals for DaDaFest International 2012 from artists and groups working within the disability and deaf arts sectors, and those whose work relates to the themes of the festival.
DaDaFest is the UK's Disability and Deaf Arts festival, bringing artists from across the globe to showcase the best in Disability and Deaf Arts. DaDaFest International 2010 attracted an audience of almost 80,000 visitors to wide range of events and exhibitions.
Planning is now underway for DaDaFest International 2012. Programmed to happen between the Olympics and Paralympics, it promises to be the most exciting DaDaFest yet. It will be based in leading arts venues across Liverpool, reaching out with events happening across the UK as well as broadcasts, debates and much more online.
The DaDaFest executive panel will be deciding which projects will be included in the official programme between August - November 2011 and will consider all proposals submitted prior to this. This decision will be based on the artistic merit of the work, how it fits with the festival themes, and the contribution it would make to the festival visitor experience. Please send proposals to: info@dadahello.com or by post (see address below).
