Gary Timperley – Chair

John Heldt

In 2007 John gained a degree in Creative and Performing Arts at Hope University. A host of concerts, theatre, galleries and the arts interest him. John is a Jubilee Sailing Trust member who actively sails and helps maintain accessible Tall Ships. He is well travelled, experienced of out door pursuits, and a passionate Liverpool F.C. supporter.

We are also served by a board advisor Bernard Martin

Bernard is a business consultant specialising in the arts sector.
He was the troubleshooting Head of Marketing for several leading regional theatres and for The Scottish Ballet and has worked as a consultant for theatres, dance companies and festivals across the UK. For seven years he was CEO of the Merseyside audience development agency.

Representative from Arts Council England North West, Julia Keenan is an observer on the Board.

Liverpool City Council has appointed Cllr Paul Twigger as an observer to the board.
